  • Title Insurance. We represent title insurance companies in all kinds of disputes including priority of title litigation, removal of clouds on title, construction lien disputes, coverage disputes and many other types of title insurance claims.
  • Foreclosure and Receivership. We regularly assist lenders in handling mortgage foreclosures both by advertisement and judicially.  We also assist our clients in obtaining the appointment of a receiver when necessary.
