Mark W. Hafeli has over thirty-two years of legal experience. A principal at Hafeli Staran & Christ, P.C., he focuses on litigation in the following areas of law: commercial and contract, real estate, title insurance, collections, negligence, tort, labor, trust and will contests, banking, bankruptcy and qui tam. Mr. Hafeli also drafts wills and trusts for his clients and assists them in the probate process.

Well-respected for his litigation skills, Mark W. Hafeli is AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He has also been designated as a top lawyer in Metro Detroit by dbusiness Magazine. A veteran trial attorney, Mr. Hafeli is also a certified mediator and facilitator. Desiring to utilize collaborative techniques when appropriate, he is a mediator/case evaluator in Wayne and Oakland counties, an ICLE trained facilitator in Genesee, Wayne, and Oakland counties, and a private arbitrator.

Mr. Hafeli has spoken at a number of seminars on current legal issues, such as sexual harassment and the effect of utility deregulation. In the community, Mr. Hafeli has served as a long-time youth baseball coach.
